Sushi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of cooked vinegared rice (shari)
combined with other ingredients (neta). Neta and forms of sushi presentation vary,
but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is shari.
The most common neta is seafood.
Raw meat sliced and served by itself is sashimi.

Ingredient  :
  1. 3 cups rice japan 
  2. 3 1/4 cup water 
  3. 1/3 cup rice vinegar 
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar 
  5. 1 teaspoon salt 
  6. avocado (sliced ​​lengthwise) 
  7. salmon (you can replace a team of eggs in slices lengthwise) 
  8. nori (black seaweed wrappers) 
  9. wasabi 
  10. soy sauce Japanese pickled ginger (if you like) 
Suggested Cooking Method :
  1. cook rice in a rice cooker 
  2. mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook in low heat until the sugar melts. Cool sushi vinegar and set aside 
  3. Remove rice and place in a large dish 
  4. Drizzle vinegar into sushi rice, try to be flat and stirring, the rice should not be destroyed while in fan to cool down. 
  5. nori on a bamboo attach elongated rollers 
  6. put the rice evenly on top of the nori leaving approximately 2 cm without rice 
  7. Dab a little wasabi into thin strips 
  8. place the slices of salmon and avocado 
  9. until the rice and nori rolls together (not too strong) 
  10. sushi slices about 3 cm
