Egg tart

here I will provide recipes and how to make egg tart with soft and savory flavors.
The egg tart or egg custard tart (commonly romanized as dan tat) is a pastry commonly found in Hong Kong and other Asian countries, 

which consists of an outer pastry c rust that is filled with egg custard and baked. 









Ingredient for the skin  :
  1. 1 cup confectioners' sugar 
  2. 3 cups flour 
  3. 1 cup butter 
  4. 1 egg, beaten 
  5. 1 dash vanilla extract 
Ingredient for fill :
  1. 2 / 3 cups white sugar 
  2. 1 1 / 2 cup water 9 eggs, beaten 
  3. 1 dash vanilla extract 
  4. 1 cup evaporated milk 
How to make egg tarts :
  1. Mix together confectioners sugar 'and flour. stir in butter with a fork until small crumbs. 
  2. Stir in eggs and vanilla until mixture forms dough. The texture should be slightly moist. Add a little butter if flour is too dry, or, if the dough seems greasy. 
  3. Shape dough into 1 1 / 2 inch balls, and press the balls into tart molds so that it covers the bottom, and rises higher than the sides. (Use two fingers to form A) 
  4. Combine white sugar and water in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook until sugar dissolves, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. 
  5. Strain the eggs through a sieve, and whisk into the sugar mixture. Enter the evaporated milk and vanilla. Strain and fill into the finishet batter.
  6. Prehead oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. 
Egg tarts can be stored in the fridge and warm the back if you want to eat it. served in the morning as breakfast with a glass of milk tea. Enjoy
