Smoked Meat Sandwich

Sandwiches are a widely popular type of lunch food, typically taken to work or school, or picnics to be Eaten as part of a packed lunch.They are widely sold in restaurants and cafes. For savings you can make your own, and this is the way Smoked meat sandwich making.

Smoked Mead Sandwich
 Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces of bread wheat / white bread 
  • 2 sheets semoked beef (cured meats) spherical shape

  • 4 lettuce leaves 
  • 8 slices cucumber 
  • 4 slices tomato Thousand Island Mayonnaise Ingredients:

  9. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  10. 1 teaspoon soy sauce english 
  11. 1 piece of block Maggi (seasoning broth) pepper to taste
(you can buy ready-made mayonnaise in supermarkets)

How To Make Mayonnaise Thousand Island:
  1. Place the egg yolks in a small bowl, put mustard, beat with a mixer.
  2. While continuing to be shaken, tetesi oil drop by drop, until the oil runs out and the batter becomes thick.
  3. Enter the onions, bell peppers, chopped egg, tomato catsup, Maggi, Britain soy sauce, pepper, sugar and lemon juice, stir evenly. 
How to Make a Smoked Meat sandwich:
  1. Take a piece of bread, spread with thousand island mayonnaise.
  2. Give tomatoes, cucumbers, seada and smoked beef.
  3. Brush the back with a thousand island mayonnaise. Then cover with second slice of bread.
  4. Give tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and smoked beef and cheese slice on the second sheet.
  5. Thousand island spread with mayonnaise.
  6. Cover with a third slice of bread, press to the meeting.
  7. Oblique Cut into 2 portions.
  8. Repeat above steps until the bread runs out.
  9. Serve to 4 people
